My desk clerk was awesome she checked me in smoothly offered the famous chocolate chip cookie and was also there to check me out. I'm so sorry I don't remember her name but I won't ever forget her beautiful kind smile Happy DoubleTree Guest Carolyn L

Staff responsive to customer. I had a concern about my TV not working. It was after midnight and the young lady at the desk was very accommodating. She gave me another room without hesitation. It was refreshing to experience great customer service.

Loved the lobby area. There were nice and comfortable seating, and the pillows and artwork was amazing! The room was exceptionally beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The staff was so helpful and very professional.

I like the expression of the staff checking us in. She was very friendly and had a beautiful smile at all time. she also offered us some warm cookies which were DELICIOUS by he way.

Great place, amenities were clean and neat. Room was very comfortable to sleep in and the breakfast is very delicious and rich.
